Line label for Franco Rizzello Selezione. The name is cleverly derived from “Argives”, as Homer calls the Greeks in the Iliad, from Argos, the city that saw them set out to conquer Troy. This wine celebrates the origins of Primitivo di Manduria, which is believed to have been brought to Puglia by the Greeks over two thousand years ago. The suffix “ivo” recalls the “Primitivo” grape variety. Thick, natural paper with flat and embossed silkscreen printing, embellished with gold foil.
Client: Le Vigne di Sammarco – Franco Rizzello Line.
